Mushroom Backflow Incense Burner

A red and white spotted toadstool stands over a cluster of smaller mushrooms on a mossy base. Sit a backflow cone on top of the big toadstool. The smoke curls down over the caps and drifts around the little mushrooms below, like mist on a forest floor.

It measures 11.5 cm tall, 8 cm wide and 8 cm deep, weighs about 300 g, and is made from resin and polyresin. Cones are sold separately. Use backflow cones only. Standard solid cones will burn, but their smoke rises instead of falling. You'll find them in our backflow incense cones collection.

The effect comes from the cone. Smoke from a hollow backflow cone cools as it travels down the channel, and cool smoke is heavier than the warmer air around it, so it sinks and flows. Safety: use it on a stable, heat-proof surface and never leave it burning unattended. Keep it out of reach of children and pets, away from curtains and other flammable things, and ventilate the room.
